Cancellation Policy
"Should lessee cancel this agreement [our contract] less than 30 days before check-in. Lessor shall be entitled to retain the entire amount of monies paid by Lessee as shown above as consideration for this agreement and as liquidated damage. For all holidays or high season (6/15-9/15) cancellation must be 60 days in advance. HOWEVER, should the Lessor or his agents re-rent said premises for all of the term specified or any part thereof, Lessee shall be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less the difference between the amount paid herein and the monies derived from such re-rental, if any."
During our high season, you must cancel 60 days prior, and off season 30 days prior to your check-in date; there is a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeits 100% of your rental contract. The exception to this rule is if you purchase non-refundable travel insurance.
