"Should lessee cancel this agreement [our contract] less than 30 days before check-in. Lessor shall be entitled to retain the entire amount of monies paid by Lessee as shown above as consideration for this agreement and as liquidated damage.

 

For all holidays or high season (6/15-9/15) cancellation must be 60 days in advance. HOWEVER, should the Lessor or his agents re-rent said premises for all of the term specified or any part thereof, Lessee shall be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less the difference between the amount paid herein and the monies derived from such re-rental, if any."

 

During our high season, you must cancel 60 days prior, and off season 30 days prior to your check-in date; there is a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeits 100% of your rental contract...

All of our properties require a refundable Security Deposit from $200.00 to $1500.00.

Rental Payment Policy- What's due when?

 

If booking within 30 days of Check-In date - 100% of Total Contract is Due.

 

60 Days from Check-In Date (Non-Holiday) - 50% of Total Contract is Due

 

60 Days from Check-In Date (Holiday) - 100% of Total Contract is Due

 

30 Days from Check-In Date (Non-Holiday) - Balance of Total Contract is Due

 

(Total Contract is rent, tax recovery, and service charge fee.)

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Are we associated with AAA and is there a discount?
No, we are not associated with them. From time to time we have seasonal specials, check our facebook page to see when they are going on.

What do I bring to the house? 
Linens, towels, and paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)

Does the house have AC?  Most of our properties do not offer AC. Check the website for the property information on each individual property.

Can I put a boat or kayak on the lake? 
No. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, limited to owners and guests of owners. Some owners do allow their guests to use their beach pass, but that does not include boats.

 

Does the house have wireless internet?

Most properties do not have wireless internet. If a house does, it will say under the property details. If you need access to the internet, as far as we know, the McDonald's in the Village has wireless internet access.

 

What kind of BBQ does the house have?
For each property you will need to call. Some houses do not even include BBQ's, so please be sure to ask for each specific property. Sometimes the owners will switch last minute, but regardless, if it says there is a BBQ there will be some form of a usable BBQ (be it gas or charcoal).

 

When do you need the signed contracts back?
We need the contracts back as soon as possible, within 3 days (unless you are checking in the following day, then we need it back immediately). You can fax (909-337-7688) or e-mail (aaaresortrentals@aol.com) them to us.

 

What's the easiest way to get to your office?
From Higway 18 you will make a left onto Highway 173. Follow that approximately 2 miles, we are on the right hand side. 337 South State Highway 173.
